At HLC we take the welfare of our children seriously and so have a large, well trained Safeguarding team. Within the team, we have four staff members who have been trained to be DSLs. Each member of the team also brings their own expertise in terms of family support, behaviour and SEND. All members of the team work closely with Family Connect to ensure that all of the needs of our children are being met.
